Cooking

step-0
Curd grind with sugar (take the cottage cheese at least 9% fat.)
step-1
Rinse the raisins and pour boiling water.
step-2
Beat eggs with a whisk
step-3
Melt the butter and cool to lukewarm
step-4
To combine cottage cheese and sugar mass with beaten egg whisk eggs, then pour melted not hot butter, add the vanilla sugar. Mix thoroughly. Pour a teaspoon (no slides) of baking soda to extinguish it with lemon juice. Mass mix well until smooth and smoothness.
step-5
Parts pour the sifted flour and then the flour, mixing carefully with a spoon. In the end, add soaked and drained raisins. Mix well.
step-6
Put the dough into molds two-thirds full. On 20 minutes put in a warm place. Then put in a cold oven and turn it 180 degrees. After 40 minutes, cover with foil and bake until tender. Baked long, I warn you. In my oven it took about two hours. If the cakes are small, it will be faster.

When the cakes are flushed and tested on a dry match, remove them from the oven, let cool, cover with icing and decorate at will with confectionery sprinkles. The recipe for the glaze is easy-5-6 tablespoons of powdered sugar to grind with 1.5 tablespoons of lemon juice. Expected Holiday Of Easter!
