Mushrooms soak in water, then boil them with salt, Bay leaf, pepper, garlic, after, drain the broth into a separate dish, and the mushrooms finely chop and fry with finely chopped onion in butter (4 tbsp)
Boil the rice and buckwheat unground
Connect the mushrooms with buckwheat and stir into a homogeneous mass. Do the same with rice.
Flour, warm water, vegetable oil (4 tbsp) salt (a pinch) to prepare fresh dough. Thinly roll out the dough, cut glass circles and shape the dumplings. Or use pelmennica - it will be easier and faster, and most importantly, the dumplings will turn out neat and beautiful!
Fry the dumplings in vegetable oil, add to the pot and pour the mushroom broth with spices. Put the pot on for 15 minutes in a hot oven. Optional - when serving you can sprinkle with chopped parsley. Bon appetit!
