Pollock
Pollock turned out really sweet. My first prescription. 've only done half of the photo.

Ingredients

  • Pollock

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

Cooking

Pollock cut into pieces 2 cm, onion half rings, carrot grate on a coarse grater. Mayonnaise, tomato paste. Add salt and seasonings. Stir. Leave for 30 min.

Put into the oven for 20 minutes. Meanwhile whisk the eggs (I added a little salt and turmeric). Fill the fish.

Put in oven for 20 minutes. Ready!
