Description
The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Alefniunia called "Pastida with liver and mushrooms" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". Running for the start of the Internet realized with surprise that the Israeli Pastida (accent on last syllable) in Russian means not that other, as... casserole! However, the bulk of the recipes is this dish in a cake: a semi-liquid dough yogurt/mayonnaise/sour cream (choose to taste you all together) is poured on the bottom of the form, on top of any prepared filling (mainly canned fish, mushrooms, cabbage) and poured the remaining batter. Bake. But Alla (Alefniunia) we are not talking about pie in casserole. After wandering in the Internet, still fished options pasted (s) on the basis of potatoes or cottage cheese. Inspired, I did! With a few changes. A delicious casserole with predominant hepatic taste. With fresh vegetables is a sweet soul.

Cooking
A range of ingredients for casseroles + 2 more eggs. In the absence of chicken took Turkey liver.
The first step is clean-wash the potatoes, cut in half/into 4 pieces, pour salted boiling water, cook until tender. The water is drained, the potatoes are pounded.
Hot water from the potatoes I put chopped into small pieces the liver, stir. As the liver was white, the water leaked (now finally :) )
Simultaneously with the previous steps cut into cubes onions and carrots; mushrooms, if necessary, cut smaller. I had frozen wild mushrooms, you can take fresh or canned mushrooms.
In hot oil fry a few minutes the mushrooms (before the evaporation of the juice), add the carrots, onion, fry for 5 minutes stirring constantly, then add the scalded liver and fry for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add salt-pepper to taste. The carrots should remain semi-solid.
Warm mashed potatoes, add 2 raw eggs, beat the potatoes until mashed. Then add boiled egg and grind them with a pestle, mixing with mashed potatoes.
Turn on the oven at 200*C. grease a Form with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs so they are evenly distributed form.
Now gently combine the mashed potatoes with liver and vegetable mixture and pour the whole mass into the form.
Bake at 200*C for 30 minutes. As the top is slightly browned, take out Pastida from the oven, fill with grated cheese and another 15 minutes in the oven until cheese Browning.
Serve cooled, then the casserole will keep the form, but can be hot. With fresh vegetables, salad vegetables. Bon appetit!
