Very simple to make, stunning results!

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    50 g

  • Butter

    15 g

  • Broth

    10 g

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

Cooking

Take two beautiful eggplants, peeled

Cut into "cubes"

Pour a raw egg and put into the fridge for 3 hours

We shall cut onion half-rings, fry until Golden brown

Fry the eggplant until Golden brown
