These dumplings stuffed with chicken ventricles and hearts. They taste no worse than meat, and the price is cheaper.

Cooking
All the ingredients for the dough placed in the bread machine pan, set the machine to "Dough". Before the dough was mixed by hand, and now... spoiled :-D and trust this process of the bread maker.
Meanwhile, chicken gizzards or hearts (maybe both), thoroughly washed, cleaned from the internal hard film. Passed through a meat grinder together with garlic and onions twice. In the resulting mince add hot water (or broth) to desired consistency (no more than 70 ml). Perchu, salt and stir thoroughly. The stuffing is ready.
The finished dough is rolled thin and hollow making circles.
On each circle of dough put our stuffing. With the notches tightly connect the edges of the dumpling. These are the beauties I got!
But it's the dumplings ready. Managed to photograph a plate of the child, and in it a small number of these dumpling! Serve with sour cream, ketchup or any sauce that you like. BON APPETIT!!!
