A bird stuffed with mushrooms
The recipe was able to spy in a remote Belarusian village. The dish is prepared long and hard, but worth it!!! To please your stomach and surprise guests, give them a holiday "BELLY", truly - it is magical!!!

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    6 kg

  • Pearl barley

    500 g

  • Onion

    1.5 kg

  • Horseradish

    8 piece

  • Leaf flower

    6 piece

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Garlic

    300 g

Cooking

Stuffed bird liberally lubricated crushed or grated garlic and wrap it first in horseradish leaves, then the leaves of burdock
