Cooking
Stuffed bird liberally lubricated crushed or grated garlic and wrap it first in horseradish leaves, then the leaves of burdock
Preferably all the layers of leaves tightly tie the twine!!!
In rural environments on top of the leaves coated with fresh rye dough, I covered and Packed in leaves the bird with foil... in the test is much better!!! Put bake in the oven at 350-400*C for 2-3 hours (the longer the better!!!)
Remove the bird from the oven, carefully remove it from the foil and leaves so as not to "hurt" the delicate skin...
