Casserole with potatoes and zucchini
I bought zucchini, wanted his favorite stew of zucchini to do, I already posted here, but there for a long time. Started to look what else interesting of them to cook, and found an easy recipe and turned out delicious and tender. Only that they had supper. Try it and you, maybe someone will like it:)

Pour all the egg mixture ( as I wrote in the recipe are cream, but I didn't, I replaced with milk, it tastes good). And put in a preheated 200 g. the oven for 50 minutes.

The smell came home. Got this beauty. Dip taste sweet, very fragrant and not time consuming. I really wanted to add onions and carrots. tomatoes, because I could not believe they could be tasty - but no, without them it was delicious. Bon appetit!!!
