Chicken Texas style
Delicious and quick to prepare dish!

Ingredients

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Corn

    1 can

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    1 can

  • The chicken legs

    800 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

  • Seasoning

Legs (and any other part of the chicken; breast fillets I did not put here, because it turns out too dry) salt, pepper and fry a few minutes in vegetable oil at a fairly high heat until Golden brown.

Meanwhile, cut tomatoes (if in emery cloth, best to remove it, I this time got cleared). Remove the chicken from the pan and putting them aside for now in the same pan put the chopped tomatoes along with all the liquid, add diced garlic and any other seasonings to desire. Bring to a boil and let few minutes the sauce to boil over high heat. Throw the chicken, stir, diminish the fire, leave for 20 minutes, you can periodically stir.

Then there also send corn (if frozen – can and a little earlier) and simmer for about 15 minutes.
