Mashed potatoes
How to make traditional mashed potatoes a light, delicate, airy and uniform(!). My version.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Water

Cooking

The potatoes on medium heat cook for an hour or so, so much seethe, and most of the water has boiled away. Water does not drain! Add butter.

And egg. I had the egg yolks from the cake I sent.

All carefully mash with a potato masher.

And then 5 minutes (or more) beat with a mixer! Believe me, once you beat poresku you always do!!!

Here is our mashed potatoes :)

Add to it the meat (I had grilled chicken in the salad "Alternative"), sprinkle with herbs - and more! BON APPETIT!
