There are many recipes for pork ribs. I will propose your own version, maybe someone will be useful. The dish is prepared in the sleeve, so you never have to wash the pan. Pork ribs wash, dry with paper towel and slice into segments.
In a large bowl add the soy sauce (I use soy teriyaki sauce TM Kikkoman), tomato paste, mustard, paprika, freshly ground black pepper, curry, passed through the press garlic, thyme.
All the ingredients for the marinade and mix well.
In the marinade put the prepared ribs and mix well so that the marinade is evenly coated ribs. The bowl cover with cling film and put into the fridge for 1 hour.
After hours, pork ribs shift in a sleeve for roasting, tie the ends of the sleeves, the top is pierced with a wooden skewer a few holes to release steam and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for one hour. Then the temperature was increased to 190-200 degrees, the sleeve cut and podumatj ribs for 10-15 minutes.
