Fish with peppers in a paper for frying
Love to bake the fish pieces in the baking paper just to dry pan. The fish is tasty, juicy, I think that is dietary. And if you add vegetables, the fish is fantastic. Try it and I hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Salt

  • Lemon

Take the baking paper and cut two rectangles. The size should be such that the paper could wrap one fish fillet.

Soy sauce (I take the sauce TM Kikkoman sweet) and butter pour into a bowl.

Stir the mixture well to combine.

Lubricate the mash paper with a brush.

Sprinkle the paper with a mixture of peppers and a little salt.

Pepper peel, wash and cut into thin strips. For one serving you will need half of the pepper. Lay peppers on paper.

Fish fillets wash, dry towel and lay on top of peppers. You can further lubricate the soy sauce with the oil.

Preheat the frying pan with a thick bottom. Place the fish, reduce the heat to low, cover with a lid. Keep on one side for 5-6 minutes.

Flip. Cover and keep on the other side for another 5-6 minutes. Turn off the heat, to get the fish and you can eat. Additionally, you can smear the fish with soy-butter sauce or drizzle with lemon juice.
