Japanese soup
One of the options for Japanese soup. Ready in 15 minutes, and the result is excellent. Try and sure You will like it.

Ingredients

  • Water

    1500 ml

  • Salmon

    250 g

  • Algae

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Miso paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    1 coup

First, soak the seaweed.

Water, put on fire and when it boils throw in the chopped salmon. Cook 7 minutes, add the soy sauce and cook for another 3 minutes.

Miso paste diluted with broth.

Sesame seeds to warm up in the pan.

To the soup add chopped seaweed, add the miso paste and add the chopped green onions. Remove from the heat. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds. Bon appetit!!!
