Here is my pile of pepper. The first thing, and cut, removing the seeds and the stalk, pepper, preparing them for further scrolling. Separately fold sweet pepper, hot pepper, and fresh herbs with garlic.
Decided to show life hack: I squeeze your thumb inside of the pepper stalk, it turns out like this. And then just break it in half, clean out seeds. And then I cut it into pieces for scrolling.
