Cooking
Dry the vanilla pod cut lengthwise with a sharp knife. From the open pod, scraping the seeds.
Lemon rinse thoroughly with hot water. Squeeze out the juice.
Coffee beans pound in a mortar.

Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 30 minutes. At the end of cooking remove from the bowl plates of vanilla bean and a small bag of coffee. Last add the vanilla seeds and gently mix everything.
