Jar of jam "Coffee apricot vanilla" will be a wonderful occasion to meet a dear friend and, of course, will turn this meeting into a real celebration! Great delicacy, combining the bright flavour of ripe apricots, and the ease faint vanilla, and of course, the intoxicating aroma of coffee! Believe me, with black tea - nothing better! Ingredients

  • Apricot

    1 kg

  • Sugar

    900 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Coffee natural

    4 Tbsp

  • Vanilla pod

    1 piece

Dry the vanilla pod cut lengthwise with a sharp knife. From the open pod, scraping the seeds.

Lemon rinse thoroughly with hot water. Squeeze out the juice.

Add records open the vanilla pod and coffee in a gauze pouch. Mass mix well and leave at room temperature for about 2 hours. After time jam put on fire. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 30 minutes. At the end of cooking remove from the bowl plates of vanilla bean and a small bag of coffee. Last add the vanilla seeds and gently mix everything.
