Summer tuna salad + vinaigrette sauce with hints of Basil
... or Not all the salads were so delicious! Juicy, fresh, crisp, delicious, wholesome... of adjectives for this salad you can pick up a lot! Dressing deserves special attention - a great creamy taste with a light unobtrusive finish the Basilica.. you can use It for other salads, as a sauce, for example fried fish. For me, this salad just perfect - the proportions and the ingredients and sauce, of course!

Ingredients

  • Tuna

    1 can

  • Yellow bell pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    1 piece

  • Corn

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Basil

    4 piece

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

All the vegetables wash and cut sweet pepper is not very long strips, tomato slices, cucumbers - quartered or half circles, onion - thin half-rings. The lettuce is also cut or tear by hand.

Add corn, tuna and egg slices.

Dressing sauce. The branches tear off Basil leaves and chop finely with the dill. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, wine vinegar and herbs. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Again, this is an excellent dressing to use for other salads and as a sauce. Highly recommended!

That's all! Left top the salad with the sauce and serve!

I like to serve portions without filling up immediately. Ie, put the salad in salatniki/bowl/ cups and pour the sauce. Bon appetit! Original recipe taken from the magazine "Lisa" and slightly adapted to my taste.
