Mushroom sauce
In General, this dish is not really a sauce, more precisely, can be used as a sauce/gravy (pasta, potatoes, buckwheat porridge, rice, etc.), as filling for pies/pies like mushroom caviar, spread on toasted slice of baguette... a Rich sauce of mushrooms with cheese and cream.
