Custard traditional pies with beans

Make the dough. Mix the flour with salt and soda (not slaked)!

Now, the filling. If using dry beans, you need to pre-soak 12 hours in cold water. You can use canned beans. Beans rinsed and cooked until tender. Salt for 15 minutes until cooked beans. Mash beans into a puree. If you want to get rid of bean film, pass the beans through a meat grinder. Onion finely chop and fry, add to soup. Add salt, pepper and refrigerate puree.
