Dear Cooks! I have long hesitated to put on your website the recipes because I'm afraid your assessment, although almost a year preparing your recipes :( Here.. have decided :) the strawberry Season opened. And the further, the it more :)In search there are similar recipes dough, but strawberry pie is not found:) If there is - remove my recipe! I will not be offended :)

Cooking
Let's start with the dough: is cooked all the ordinary way. Heated the milk, dissolve in it 1 tablespoon of sugar and dilute yeast in it. Leave our dough for 10 minutes. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with the remaining sugar and vanilla. Add sour cream (my home). Add approached the dough and gently stir. Add the sifted flour and knead a smooth dough. Leave for 40 minutes
We now proceed to modeling, as my mom calls it :)Divide the dough into two parts. A large part of roll out into a circle with a diameter of more than Your shape. Why form? After 35-40 minutes take out the pie and the desire restofline grease with butter. Cover with a towel and leave to cool. The cake is soft and fragrant even after 2-3 days.
