Curd-lemon cake

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Margarine

    250 g

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Powdered sugar

    3 Tbsp

While continuing to mix the margarine with sugar, add one egg yolks.

Curd RUB through a sieve and combine with the prepared mass. Lemon zest to RUB on a small grater.

Lemon finely chop with a knife.

Soda, [i]put the baking powder[/i] mix with sliced lemon and

add in the cottage cheese-egg mixture.

Sifted flour pour into a mass and knead the dough.

Well-chilled whites whisk in the stable foam, and in two steps to add them to the batter, stirring gently.

Cake pan grease with oil, put the prepared dough and place in a preheated 180°C oven.

Bake for about 50 minutes. The cooled cake remove from the form and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
