Description
I use these berries for decorating a variety of summer desserts, maybe someone will find them and other applications.
Ingredients

Strawberry

Sugar
Cooking
Grind the strawberries with sugar. You can, of course, and in blender, but I like to have bits of berries, so I use a regular potato masher for mashed potatoes. The proportions do not write, for every degree of sweetness chooses. *JOKINGLY*
Spread the resulting mass in the cells of the silicone molds in the freezer for a couple of hours.
To get out of the freezer and put into serving dessert immediately before serving. And apples from my kiwi! ;-) Enjoy your desserts!
