Baked pork ribs
In my opinion, the easiest way of cooking dinner.

Ingredients

  • Pork ribs

    1 kg

  • Tkemali

    3 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Assorted vegetable

1. Make the sauce: mix the yogurt, plum sauce, soy sauce.

2. Fin my cut. I love when a piece consists of a single rib. To place them in a bowl with sauce, stir, cover with cling film and refrigerate at least 2 hours, preferably overnight. And we all remember, is it? that fresh meat is much softer than frozen, even if it is from the same piece!

3. Take any available vegetables. The number desired, and the range too. I have a small potato, zucchini, carrots. The size of the vegetables will depend on the baking time. Spread vegetables in a single layer. Salt, salt to taste.

5. Cover with foil or a lid (if the form with a lid). Put into the oven preheated to 200*C for 50 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 30 minutes. Check the readiness of vegetables, if damp, then hold in the oven until they are ready.
