Cake from the liver
Friends..!, I want to introduce to you from the liver pie..! Without false modesty it is impossible.. but it brought me delight..! Bake it, and understand.. that drool quietly we ingest..! Aroma prevails everywhere..!, and pulls closer to the dish..! And the road is blocked.. and duhovochku closed..! But when we get it.., a holiday when family come..! We will gather at the table..! We will stop for a pie..! Very nice! Very tasty!, and no one will be sad..!, only full and satisfied..!, after all, pie is doing good..!

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    600 g

  • Onion

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Figure

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Dutch cheese

  • Vegetable oil

To prepare the liver, cut into pieces, onion cut into 4 parts, the Liver, onion and garlic mince.

The shape can be round, square.. ( I have split), if you need to cover with paper and grease with vegetable oil. Preheat the oven 180%, put the prepared mixture, and bake for 30 -40 minutes ( see on ready). for 10-15 minutes until cooked, sprinkle with grated cheese.

Allow to cool, transfer to a dish, the top around the cake to put mayonnaise ( picture optional) to the cake is perfect pickled or salted cucumbers and tomatoes.. ( delicious in hot or iced)
