Soup grouse
I'd rather you called the broth of the grouse, because this version of cooking grouse use in camp. Although this time made it home :)

Ingredients

  • Grouse

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Roots

    1 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Dill

    1 handful

  • Noodles

    1 handful

Grouse gut, adipate, giblets, too, are in the soup. To make it less messy and faster, outdoors I take off the pen directly with the skin. Remove the fraction.
