If you have fresh or frozen apricots, rinse them, remove seeds, pour 2 cups of water, boil. Peel and RUB or chop in a blender to a pulp. If you take the apricots from the compote, then proceed directly to the wipe.

In the resulting puree add 3 tbsp. of hot water, sugar, peeled and sliced apples, bring to a boil. In boiling soup pour diluted in the remaining water in the starch. Bring again to a boil. Then give the soup to cool and serve. Bon appetit.
