Cranberry-orange cream-Kurd
Still good, when it's cold! I have so many recipes piled up, didn't have time to upload! Today a cranberry day is. Here's another sweet cream-Kurd. Can be served as a separate dessert, but you can spread it over the cakes for the cakes.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Cranberry

    1 cup

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Butter

    25 g

Cranberries grind in a blender, RUB through a sieve.

Orange cut in half and squeeze the juice, mix with cranberry. Beat the eggs with the sugar until it dissolves. Cranberry-orange juice heat on very low fire stream to enter the egg mixture.
