Cooking
Beat eggs with sugar
Add the eggs, melted butter, sour cream, vanilla (I have it ended, so I added a few drops of vanilla and barberry flavouring), bicarbonate of soda, add the flour (it took me 2 cups instead of 2.5. The batter seemed watery. Sour cream was 15%, apparently because of this). All good whisk. Divided into 2 parts and one add cocoa.
Form grease (I form 26 cm). Spread the dough with a spoon, alternating in color. One strip light and one with cocoa.
The next layer is the opposite: where was light with cocoa. Where cocoa - light. So I alternated 4 times. At the end was confused and the last layer left a mess in the kitchen...:-D :-D :-D
Preheat the oven to 180*C. running back the form with the dough and bake for somewhere 45-50 minutes. Readiness check splinter a (I - knitting needles ;-) ;-) ). Here's the cake out.
Cake decorate according to your taste. I filled it with chocolate icing, sprinkled with coconut (kids love it) and made Apple roses. Cut into pieces a La carte. You can all call in for tea!!!
