Mushroom soup in a bun
Once in France, I tried the Mushroom soup in a bun (La soupe des cepes pes dans le petit-pain). Soup (FR. soupe) - liquid dish with seasoning, vegetables or cereals, which represents a broth of meat, fish, mushrooms and (no meat) broth, vegetables, cereals, mushrooms, etc. I so enjoyed it that I decided to share with you.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Broth

    1 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    1 cup

  • Milk

    6 cup

  • Nutmeg

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Spices

  • Greens

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

Take the ingredients for mushroom soup.

Put the saucepan on the fire. Pour the olive oil.

Onion peel, wash and finely shinkuem. Put to roast for 5-7 minutes on medium heat until transparent color.

Mushrooms wash, if they were dry in advance it was necessary to soak them in hot water for half an hour, then boil for 15 minutes. If the mushrooms are frozen, defrost and wash the fish.

If the mushrooms are large, cut as you like, small, leave it whole. Mushrooms spread in a milky broth, add salt, pepper, nutmeg (who loves), make a small fire and cook for 10-12 minutes.

Cut the top from bread, not directly, but inside the crumb. Part of the crumb choose, leaving at the walls.

Pour soup in bread,you can add 1 spoon of cognac (who loves), close the bread lid. Served covered bread. Eat this soup along with a crumb scraping a spoon on the bread inside. Snack lid.
