Such cakes on the site is, but my - as one of the options for the New year... Maybe useful to someone... not quite what I wanted, but it's just a rehearsal )))

Ingredients

  • Cocoa powder

These are the products that we need.

Shape cover with cling film. Cookies grind into crumbs, add the condensed milk to the eye, to get a viscous mass, put into a form and compacted. You can add nuts, dried fruit, dates someone like that. Put in the refrigerator...

Cheese mash with a fork or RUB through a sieve, divide into two equal parts. Add one Cup of chocolate pudding and whisk. Then add cocoa (you can melt 50 g of chocolate) and 100 ml of cream, whisking again.. Try it, if not sweet, add to taste of condensed milk.... The second part of cottage cheese whipped with condensed milk (to taste), add 100 ml of sour cream, the zest of half an orange and juice one carrot.. beat again...

10 g of gelatin pour 100 ml of milk, leave for 10 min.. In the other Cup 10 g gelatin pour 100 ml of orange juice. Heat in a water bath to dissolve the gelatin and pour the milk mixture into the chocolate and the orange in the orange :-) At this stage I made a mistake.. First I decided to use yellow jelly cake, cooked it according to the instructions.. but at the last moment got scared that it won't harden, and decided to use ordinary gelatin... as a result the chocolate mixture has already started to congeal, and the texture was not the same :-(

Take out of the refrigerator the form and begin in turn to spread the chocolate and orange mixture - exactly in the center of the form...4 tablespoons of the same mixture, the other 4... here and said different texture layers turned out uneven.. But it's just a rehearsal ;-)

Put the cake in the fridge to harden.. Then take it out from the mold, cut (the better knife dipping in hot water) and enjoy a light and delicate dessert, chocolate and orange... unfortunately, even the carrot juice did not help - yellow color was so bright as I wanted... Probably still need dye...
