Cooking
sift the flour on the table slide, to impose flakes margarine, to prisolit a pinch and chop until crumb
then gather a bunch, make a hole and put the sour cream a little chopping and then you can give vent to his hands :)
the dough should not stick! if so, vmese a couple tablespoons of flour, divide it into 6 parts...
...roll into a balls and an hour in the cold!
meanwhile, prepare lemon oil: grate the lemon on a fine grater and mix it with 4 tbsp sugar
my lemons were very thin skinned and get a little flesh and watery, so I added 2 tablespoon dissolved gelatin (although not necessarily)!
the yolk cream: 5 egg yolks and 6 tablespoons sugar RUB...
...that's probably all supposed to be light yellow air mass
beat in the egg yolks softened butter.
for the best connection and splendor mixerin ;) and in the cold before Assembly
of 5 proteins and 15 tbsp of sugar make a meringue.add sugar gradually, after the dissolution of the previous portions!
that turned out looks yummy ;)
the batter has cooled, but we are now warm with 200 gr. to Golden glow ;) roll out a thin layer...
...wrap it over the rolling pin (very thin, otherwise not to move)!
and spin on the baking sheet
make the pores to breathe :)
here is a nice zagorcic ;) and do the necessary form...
Assembly: I started with yolk cream to finish the meringue.
and so alternated, now squirrels...
and even on top of each cream layer topped with lemon grease!
so we got to the top! and the edges of the meringue and left a lot! I dipped the edges into the whites and spread on top and turned the icicles :) and a finer crumb mixed with "lemon" and pasted over the edges of our cake! Anniversary will be what you need! Calico yet, but still want a holiday :)
Here he is on taste *THUMBS UP*
