Cold rain cake-dessert
Coconut-lime dessert this recipe seemed very unusual because it is baked as a cake, but flour is not added and to eat recommended is well chilled. Anyway, come on in, help yourself! The recipe is from the magazine "Cuisine recettes pratiques".

Ingredients

  • Condensed milk

    400 g

  • Coconut milk

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Coconut shavings

    120 g

  • Lime

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.2 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

  • Vegetable oil

  • Essence

Turn on the oven at 180 °C for preheating. Clean the lime from the rind, finely chop the pulp, preferably on a plate to save juice. The peel can also be used, rubbed on a fine grater for decoration. It is optional.

Shared yolks and whites. The yolks will vzbivaem with condensed and coconut milk, lime (pulp and juice) and add shredded coconut, essence; mix well.

Will vzbivaem whites with the salt in a solid foam, and add to the dough. Stir gently and spread in a baking dish, greased with vegetable oil.

Bake 30 minutes in the "steam bath" (i.e. a form with a dessert put in the form, larger, filled with water).

The finished cake-dessert cooled at room temperature, then put in the refrigerator. After cooling, this cake is easily removed from the mold (upside down over the plate).

Sprinkle top with powdered sugar, coconut or other decorations for desserts. Bon appetit!
