Spicy fish kebabs
Continue the theme of snacks. Move away a bit from the vegetable theme and varied our diet with fish. Try to offer very simple and very quick to prepare dish. A rapid method of cooking fish in the microwave.

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    400 g

  • Paprika sweet

Fillet of any white fish (I used regular this time, Pollack) to defrost as needed and cut along thin, about 1.5-2 cm strips. Thus prepared fish with salt and pepper to taste, roll into rolls, each strip and spread on a wooden skewer.

Received to shift the skewers in a bowl for the microwave. Sprinkle them with vegetable oil, cover with lid, place in microwave and cook on maximum power (I have 700) 5-10 min (depending on fish density and size "skewers ").

And in the meantime we'll do the sauce. Canned Bulgarian pepper cut for convenience and turn into a puree in a blender. If there is no blender, you can just finely chop, then mash further with a fork or mince.
