If you like all kinds of soups, mashed vegetables, and this soup of roasted broccoli will not leave you indifferent! Simple ingredients and quick preparation make it especially attractive to busy moms (and not only!)

Cooking
Broccoli wash, divide into florets and spread on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper. Drizzle with olive oil, a little salt-pepper and bake in a preheated 200°C oven for 20 to 30 minutes before the acquisition of the Golden, brownish color.
In a deep pot heat 1 tbsp olive oil and sauté chopped onion for 5 minutes to 7, until it becomes soft and brighten. Then add the sliced wafers garlic and chopped thyme. Fry everything together for 1 more minute.
Put in a pot of broccoli and pour all the hot broth. Recipe - 3 cups (approximately 220 ml). Bring to boil, cover the pan with a lid and simmer for about 15 minutes.
After a specified time add to the pan grated cheese, canned beans, salt-pepper to taste and whisk immersion blender or (like me) in the bowl of a stationary mixer.
Warm the soup and serve. With bread croutons, or fried bacon, as I have!
