Poppy lemon muffins
Delicious and delicate cupcakes, for fans of poppy cakes!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Mac

    50 g

  • Lemon juice

  • Lemon peel

  • Powdered sugar

    0.25 cup

The oven heated to 180 degrees, tins greased with butter. In a small saucepan boil some water, add poppy seeds, stir, give water with poppy seeds to simmer for a few seconds, then fire off and give the Mac 5 minutes to stand up, then strain through a sieve and allow to completely drain. Separately beat the butter with the salt and sugar, beat in the eggs one by one then add the zest (leave a pinch for impregnation) and sour cream, mix well, then add gradually the flour, add at the end of the IAC.
