The oven heated to 180 degrees, tins greased with butter. In a small saucepan boil some water, add poppy seeds, stir, give water with poppy seeds to simmer for a few seconds, then fire off and give the Mac 5 minutes to stand up, then strain through a sieve and allow to completely drain. Flour mixed with soda, sift into a bowl. Separately beat the butter with the salt and sugar, beat in the eggs one by one then add the zest (leave a pinch for impregnation) and sour cream, mix well, then add gradually the flour, add at the end of the IAC.
Bake until done, from the molds to get right. Mix thoroughly lemon juice, powder, and zest, dip tops of muffins in glaze to soak.
