Cooking

step-0
Opara: in warm milk dissolve sugar, salt and yeast. Briefly leave.
step-1
Stuffing: grind in a food processor the parsley, dill and garlic.
step-2
The dough: since I decided the recipe to change a little, I divided 350 ml of milk as if into two parts, i.e. 175 ml. Squeeze the juice from the beets and carrots and every part of the juice topped up to 175 ml, to obtain two types of dough – yellow and pink. In the pink liquid add 15 g of butter, half the dough and half of the greens with garlic. Knead the dough, gradually adding flour.
step-3
Yellow liquid do the same thing: 15 g butter, half of the dough, the remaining herbs, garlic and flour.
step-4
Get two balls of dough – pink, and yellow.
step-5
Forms for bread I have, so I baked my rolls in the shape from under the microwave. Grease the form of vegetable oil, takes out a piece of pink dough, knead well and put on the one hand, they do the same with the yellow dough and put it on the other side. Give up, lubricates the top with beaten egg and place into a preheated oven, bake for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 ° C. When the bread was baked, the flavor was so awesome!
step-6
When I pulled the buns out of the oven, then anoint the top with butter (can and not to do, but it was my impulse). Fragrant bread is ready! Bon appetit!
step-7
I want to say that it was very tasty, but the color of the dough when baked into a regular - so that experiment failed... This can be seen in the photo in the section.
