Baked in a crust of salt pork with a potato side dish. Hey, cooks! Today I have a small jubilee - the 50-th recipe on this website. And I decided you are a good and tasty food, the menu includes pork chops, baked rather original way, fragrant, juicy, with a no less pleasing potato side dish.

Ingredients

    600 g

  • Salt

    500 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Egg white

  • Water

    120 ml

  • Spices

  • Rosemary

  • Thyme

  • Potatoes

  • Butter

    15 g

  • Olive oil

Coarse sea salt 500 g flour 250 g water 120 ml and 1 egg white put in a bowl and mix.
