Pumpkin grate on a coarse grater. I grated the pumpkin for 5 minutes put in the microwave on top power. You can cook a little, otherwise it will be harsh. Mix the flour and eggs, add sugar and salt to taste, pour the yogurt (my yogurt was), mix well. Add to the pumpkin batter and stir again. Lightly heat the pan with oil. Spoon to spread the pancakes into the pan, evening the edges. Fry pumpkin pancakes on slow fire from both sides until done, carefully turning them with a spatula.
