Cooking
Lentils, rinse under running water, cover with water and boil until tender, about 20 minutes. Then pound it.
Crackers and grate or just take 5 tbsp. small crackers (like rice, I just cook them myself). On the same grater to grate a few cloves of garlic and nuts or chop it all another suitable for you way.
The ground mixture to add to the mashed lentils, add the spices: cumin, coriander, chili, and salt and pepper to taste - try!
At the end add the egg and olive oil, mix thoroughly until smooth. Try again, if necessary, to bring the taste with salt and pepper.
Fry in any oil, I have olive, to pass on a napkin and then serve.
Be sure to serve with sauce (you can just cream or yoghurt), but in the original sauce: 75 ml of yoghurt, some fresh mint, 1/2 tsp. L. ground cumin and curry to taste - ready!
The children eat with sour cream, and adults with sauce and ketchup. Bon appetit!
