Rice pudding with Apple and pumpkin
Another easy dinner!

Ingredients

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Figure

    100 g

  • Pumpkin

    100 g

  • Milk

    1.5 cup

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Cinnamon

  • Salt

Rice wash, pour 250 ml of water and put to boil. When it is almost ready, add the finely chopped pumpkin and pour in the milk and cook until the pumpkin is ready and the rice as much as possible will fall apart. Add salt, sugar, and cinnamon in porridge.

Remove the Apple from the middle and cut slices.

Take a large ramekin and spread, alternating the Apple and porridge.

Complete with Apple in the oven for 15 minutes until the Apple will become softer. Serve with raspberry jam!
