Saffron rings
I can't help myself, I like such cookies: food is always at hand, fast, BEAUTIFUL, and a lot of slo-mo is convenient to take. The saffron that's quite a specific taste, I prefer the usual spices (vanilla, cinnamon, ginger), but someone may love and saffron.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Saffron

    0.1 g

  • Powdered sugar

    150 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Lemon juice

    2 tsp

Bake for 8-10 minutes at 175*. While cookies bake, make the cream frosting: beat the softened butter with the icing sugar and lemon juice.
