Cake in haste from what was in the fridge, and baked in a pan
Ingredients

Cooking
Knead the dough: eggs to grind with sugar, add oil (I rubbed on a small grater), mix, add soda, sour cream, mix again, add flour and knead the dough. Put into the refrigerator for half an hour. Put in a water bath to melt the chocolate or candy
Make the cream: sour cream+sugar, just stir with a spoon. Very disperse
Take the dough, divide into the desired number - I have divided into seven equal parts (in the picture only two, because I later took the camera)
Take one of kolobochek
Roll out to desired size
Put in the pan, pre-heated (the level at which to fry it, select in accordance with your stove, I put on 1.5)
Overturn.
So bake each cake
Coat each cake with cream
Last Korzh coat with cream and decorate with melted chocolate as you'd like... I love the flowers, it turned out only one, the rest of it smeared and all. Put into the fridge to cool a bit. Waiting... Get it, go for it.
