Chicken soup in French
Outrageously simple to prepare, delicious and hearty chicken soup with wheat noodles. Don't know whether this dish is French cuisine, but originally was called the soup that way.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    750 g

  • Noodles

    200 g

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

The dish is cooked in multivarka VITEK 4212-BK.

Put the chicken in the bowl multivarki. Pour 2-2,25 liters of cold water. Enable "COOKING", set time - 50 minutes. After boiling, remove the foam from the broth and cook until the end of program time. Broth, salt and pepper. Remove chicken, leave to cool. Strain the broth.

Egg yolk to combine with the juice of half a lemon. Mix well.

Pour the cream into the egg mixture and whisk.

Enable "COOKING", set the time to 30 minutes. Carve the chicken into small pieces. When the broth boils, pour in the noodles, add the meat. 5-10 minutes before end of cooking add the egg-cream mixture, first add one tablespoon and stir, then pour the remaining mass, stir, cook until the end of program time. Serve the soup with chopped greens. Bon appetit!
