The recipe for this amazing Italian soup I saw in a magazine, made some changes, or rather substitutions, and it turned out delicious, rich in variety of products "Sunday soup" (so named my eldest daughter). Come on in, help yourself!

Cooking
We need such products.
The recipe is for a 2.5-3 quart saucepan. This soup can be cooked like meat broth, and pea broth (it I liked it even more). First you need to wash the peas, soak it in hot water and when it swells, put it in a pot of boiling water, let them boil. Next you need to divide the ham into two parts, one part cut into cubes and fry in half the oil with the chopped onion. At the end of cooking squeeze the garlic cloves and stir, cover, remove from heat and set aside.
In the second part of oil to fry the carrots, cut into strips, then add florets of cauliflower and fry gently.
As lettuce and carrots are softish, add the chopped tomatoes, sauté for a bit more.
Then this mass lay out the second part of the ham cut in cubes, and Struchkova beans (I had frozen, as well as cauliflower) and saute for 5 minutes.
Now to connect this mass with fried ham with onions and garlic. Mix well. Turn off the heat.
In pea broth to put diced potatoes and bring to a boil. Then the soup add salt, ham, vegetable mass, rice, Bay leaf and a pinch of Basil. Optionally, you can add chopped parsley. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
That is the miracle delicious!I did it!
Soup pour into bowls and sprinkle with grated cheese.
