Bought a cask of herring, and it was too salty... a Little pomudreli and it turned out juicy, tender, delicious herring. And with mashed potatoes.... Yes, rubashechka... like happiness!

I caught herring with caviar. Caviar extracted,cleaned from the films,cut and folded into a container.
Herring disassemble fillet,cut into slices and also put in the container.
Onions cut into half rings and add to the herring.
Add soy sauce,mayonnaise and mustard from whole grains(to the eye).
Mix well and leave in the fridge for a few hours(preferably overnight).
Put in celedonio,sprinkle with green onions. Very tasty!!!!
