Cooking
Peel the onion and finely chop. Carrots too clean and grate on a coarse grater.
Fry them in a pan with your favorite seasoning (I first fried a little onion, and then add the carrots).
With beans drain the liquid and rinse. Sausages cut as like.
To the beans add fried onions and carrots and chopped garlic. The sausage - finely chopped green onions.
Then all combine and mix well.
Add a little mayonnaise and enjoy...
