Yeast pancake
I have tried many different pancakes and many recipes are brought to favorite, but I caught myself thinking that I never tried to bake pancakes on the yeast. I decided to try and was incredibly glad that I did. Very gentle and soft, just airy pancake, and bake them a pleasure! Come on in, help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    450 ml

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    1.5 Tbsp

Cooking

In half the warm milk add yeast, tablespoon of sugar and flour. Remove the mixture in a warm place for 15 minutes.

After a time, the yeast could "earn" and you can add the egg and salt, then carefully mix everything.

Add the sifted flour and stir the dough with a spoon.

Gently trickle pour the remaining milk, stirring the dough.

Add to the dough sunflower oil and let stand the dough for another 15 minutes.

After that you can proceed to baking pancakes. Warm a pan. In the centre, pour one by one 3-4 tablespoons of dough. To pancake came out of the same, decide from the number of spoons: 3 or 4. I chose 4 and I got 12 beautiful pancakes.

Pancake flip to the other side when the top side is almost dry. Right here you can see how many tablespoons went to a pancake, according to the formed strips on the surface.
