Cooking
In half the warm milk add yeast, tablespoon of sugar and flour. Remove the mixture in a warm place for 15 minutes.
After a time, the yeast could "earn" and you can add the egg and salt, then carefully mix everything.
Add the sifted flour and stir the dough with a spoon.
Gently trickle pour the remaining milk, stirring the dough.
Add to the dough sunflower oil and let stand the dough for another 15 minutes.
After that you can proceed to baking pancakes. Warm a pan. In the centre, pour one by one 3-4 tablespoons of dough. To pancake came out of the same, decide from the number of spoons: 3 or 4. I chose 4 and I got 12 beautiful pancakes.
Pancake flip to the other side when the top side is almost dry. Right here you can see how many tablespoons went to a pancake, according to the formed strips on the surface.
Slide to put all the pancakes on a plate.
Serve delicious yeast pancakes with honey or jam.
