Description

Fishcakes of haddock
This recipe produced the most delicious fish cakes that I ever tasted! From haddock meat is white, very juicy, tender. Pleasant taste and smell, and the absence of hard fibers and small bones. Their meat is similar in taste and quality of meat of cod. Haddock is considered a dietary fish.

Cooking

step-0
From this amount of ingredients there are 15 small meatballs.
step-1
The fish I bought frozen, weighing about 1 kg. It must be thawed and washed.
step-2
Another significant advantage of this fish is that it is very easy to clean from the bones and skin. Cut the fish along the spine and to pull out the big Central bone. To remove the skin and if it left a bit of meat, scrape with a knife and set aside.
step-3
One slice of white bread to soak in a small amount of milk.
step-4
Through a meat grinder to scroll fish fillet, onion and bread.
step-5
Boil the rice until tender, rinse. I usually take the round - it cooked quickly and I like it stickiness.
step-6
In the fish minced add chopped green onion, rice, salt and pepper. Love green onions, so add it a lot. You can also add ready-made seasoning for fish - well, it's not for everybody. It turns out to be mincemeat.
step-7
To form small patties.
step-8
Roll in breadcrumbs.
step-9
Spread on a heated pan with vegetable oil. Fry patties on one side for 5-7 minutes on medium heat.
step-10
Then flip the patties, cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
step-11
Get here are wonderful patties of haddock. Very tasty, fragrant and juicy.
step-12
Serve them with any side dish: potato or rice, fresh or pickled vegetables. I like to eat simply, without garnish.
