Casserole of salmon with zucchini
Tasty dish. Perfect for dinner and second for lunch. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Zucchini

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salmon

    300 g

  • Rice flakes

    0.5 cup

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Curry

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

Preheat the oven to 180*C. Prepare the form (or ramekins) for baking, brushing them with butter (or vegetable). Zucchini cut into small cubes.

Carrots also cut into small cubes.

Finely chop the onion.

Poached salmon (or canned) puree them with a fork into small pieces. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

In a large bowl mix all chopped ingredients, add salmon and rice flakes.

Milk mix with eggs, add curry, salt, pepper and mix everything thoroughly. Add our mixture to the vegetables and fish. Mix everything carefully.

Our spread the mixture in forms (or pour into a large baking dish) and put in oven. On top of the fish and vegetables have to be liquid. Bake until tender: liquid absorbed and appears Golden brown and vegetables are tender.
