Ingredients

Soft cheese
150 g

Chicken egg
2 piece

Bread

Salt

Black pepper

Vegetable oil

In principle, the number of products relatively, I'm usually prepared from the residues, if the cheese starts to deteriorate. Rubbed on a coarse grater cheese.
Break egg in it. The mixture is supposed to be consistency to be able to spread the sandwich. If it is too thick, add another egg.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well.
Spread the mixture on bread.
And put the sandwich filling down into the hot pan.
When the cheese is toasted, turn over and fry bread. Once the bottom is browned, remove and serve.
