Canapés beetroot
This is a recipe my mom... Like on the website no such... After a long holidays from salads and others like them already ill, I want something simpler. I love them very much: kaneuski possible and on the festive table Lodge - for a change! Of course, this is a dish for everybody, from the category of "cheap and cheerful". Maybe even good for the body... I would be glad if someone will like it and find it useful!!!

Ingredients

  • Beets

    5 piece

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

Here is the original set of our ingredients (oil forgot to put). Before you start do not forget to turn on the oven - it should be pre-heated to 200*

Beets (raw!!!) wash, peel and cut into slices thickness approximately 1 see

On a greased vegetable oil a baking sheet lay out the beet rings. While we were busy with beets - oven hot. Put a baking sheet for 15 minutes Until the beets are baked - we continue.

Onions cut into thin rings. 5 sokolac it took me 2 medium onions 2... it was unnecessary.

Cheese cut into slices not very thin. It is important that the cheese is well melted. This cheese is tested by me more than once. And taste we like: dry, slightly salty, has no specific cheese smell...

That expired 15 minutes - extractable baking sheet (the oven does not turn off!!!), with a fork turn over the slices. Fork or a knife you need to chop a few slices - they must be floor ready. The upside down slices spread rings of onion (if you want salty you can hardly prisolit, but I never do - I salinity of the cheese is enough).

Then spread the onions on the cheese. From experience I can say that the melted cheese does not stack on a baking sheet and not burnt, better every slice of cheese to break it into several parts and put the pyramid - so it will melt "cap" and our kaneuski will eventually look aesthetically pleasing. On the cheese put herbs fresh or dried - you decide! And again, send the pan in the oven for 10-15 minutes...

So kanousei "sunbathe"... since the beets were already brought to semi-ready state, the main tat to propagate onions... So after 10 minutes, taste the onions for readiness...
